Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee provides advice to GED on its strategies and developments.

The members of this Committee are professionals who help GED to define its global strategy based on their experience and knowledge, as they have held managerial positions at relevant Spanish and International companies, banks, organizations and institutions.

Rafael Miranda

Chairman of Acerinox, Fundación Endesa, Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección and REIT Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios. He has been CEO at Endesa, the main energy Company in Spain, and managed the Group’s privatisation and internationalisation

Ignacio Eyries

General Manager at Caser, CEO at Royal & Sunalliance Spain and General Manager of Alico Spain. Chief Consultant at McKinsey & Co

Isabel Martín Castellá

Member of the ING Group Supervisory Board. She previously was Vice-president of the European Investment Bank.

Luis Herrando

Currently Vice-President of Banco Popular. Former CEO of Aurora Insurance (now AXA) and member of the General Management of Induban (BBVA)

Agnès Noguera

She is CEO at Libertas 7, a financial group that invests in various sectors (media, construction, etc.), and Advisor at Prisa, Adolfo Domínguez, etc.

Claudio Aranzadi

Octavio Alcántara

Ángel García Altozano

General Corporate Manager at ACS, company leader in the infrastructure construction sector. He was Chairman of Bankers Trust in Spain and General Manager at INI (SEPI)

Javier Salas

Former Chairman at the Instituto Nacional de Industria (SEPI), the main Spanish industrial holding, and Chairman of Iberia. Member of GED Capital Development and GED Iberian Private Equity Board. He has been Advisor in various outstanding companies (Red Eléctrica, Banco Exterior Spain-Argentaria, etc.)

Juan Carlos Ureta

Jean-Jacques Durand
